1.Cleanse and exfoliate skin to remove traces of skincare.

2.Apply the mask ( use at least once a week ).

3.Place the mask on the face ,secure with the velcro strap and press power button ; then press color button for change the led colors.

4.Press the button + add treatment time ; press – reduce treatment time ; suggest 15-30 mins / treatment time.

5.Press the button (energy strong or energy weak according to your need).

6.Treatment finished ,apply moisturizer and sunscreen.

7.Clean the mask using a water-based wipe or a damp clean.

8.Repeat 3-5 times a week for four weeks.
