Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions to international flights affecting our stock shipments, there may be occasional shortages or delays in product availability.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working hard to keep our stock levels accurate.

If any items in your order are out of stock, please indicate the urgency of your order in the comments. Let us know if you prefer to receive the available products immediately and have the backordered items shipped later, or if you would like to wait for the entire order to be fulfilled. If a replacement item is acceptable, please suggest alternatives. Rest assured, any additional comments or questions in your order will receive our highest priority.

Pre-Order/Requested Items: Please note that additional freight costs will apply.

Overnight Delivery to the North Island: Orders must be placed before 2pm for next-day delivery.

South Island Delivery: Typically, delivery takes 2-3 days from payment confirmation, provided the order is placed by 2pm.

Important Information:

• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Orders under $50 will incur a $5 administration fee.

Youth Beauty maintains a high standard of quality control and ensures that all products released from our warehouse meet this standard.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it. Please notify us of any issues by phone or email within 7 days of receipt. For faster processing, please include photos or videos of the damaged or faulty goods.

• Products must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt to be accepted.
• Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for credit or exchange.
• We do not offer cash refunds.

For large orders, an additional freight fee may apply.
