Directions:

1. Wash your feet and place them in the plastic sock packs.
2. Secure the packs with the enclosed tape, applying across the foot and around each ankle.
3. Wear for one hour, then remove and gently wash your feet with soap.
4. Soak your feet daily to activate the peeling process.
5. Dead skin will begin to peel within 2-7 days.
