These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to promotions advertised via Youth Beauty NZ’s EDMs, monthly flyers, and other marketing campaigns. They operate alongside our general Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed under the "About Us" section at the bottom of the homepage.

By participating in any promotional activity, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Offer Validity

• Promotions are only valid while stock lasts.

• No backorders will be accepted on promotional products.

• Youth Beauty NZ does not place items on hold during promotional periods.

• Promotions may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

2. Code Usage

• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and within the promotional timeframe.

• Youth Beauty NZ is not liable if a customer fails to enter a promotional code correctly or within the promotion period.

• Codes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

3. Exclusions

• Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not apply to clearance, training, technology, or already discounted items.

• Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or loyalty program unless specifically stated.

4. Bartercard Restrictions

• Bartercard is not accepted as payment for any promotional or discounted products unless explicitly agreed in writing by Youth Beauty NZ.

• Bartercard payments cannot be used in conjunction with Afterpay, Zip, or any other finance provider.

• If a Bartercard payment is attempted on a restricted promotional item, Youth Beauty NZ reserves the right to cancel the order or request an alternate payment method.

5. Payment Methods

• Only one payment method may be used per transaction.

• Youth Beauty NZ reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of manipulation or abuse of promotional systems.

6. Errors and Omissions

• While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions in any promotional material may occur. Youth Beauty NZ reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel any affected orders.

7. Shipping Delays During Promotions

• Due to high order volumes, please allow 1–5 business days for order processing during promotional periods.

• Normal shipping policies and charges apply.

8. Right to Refuse

• Youth Beauty NZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with these terms, or where misuse of a promotion is suspected.
