*Covid-19 Notice*

Due to circumstances out of our control, especially concerning some international flights not being available, causing difficulty in receiving our stock as normal, some items may be out of stock on short notice or delay in supply out of our control might happen.

We apologise in advance for this, we are doing everything we can to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible.

If it means some of the products in your order is not in stock, please note in your comments the urgency of your order and if you need us to send products available without products on back order, or if it is ok to send your whole order together when everything arrives in stock. Alternatively, where possible indicate replacement item if your first choice is not available. Any other comments or questions in your order, will get highest priority.


 

DELIVERY

Pre-Order/Requested Items will incur additional freight costs.

If your order is large - an excess freight fee may apply.

For Overnight Delivery - Orders Must be placed before 2pm

Please note that we are closed Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

Usually - Deliveries will be overnight to North Island & 2-3 days to South Island on confirmation of payment as long as the order is placed by 2pm.

Please note that orders under $50 will incur a $5 administration fee.

Please note some products we sell are only available to Qualified Therapists.

  • 1.25 Hour Delivery (Between Upper Hutt/Porirua) (NZ $36.00)
  • 1.5 Hour Delivery (Between Upper Hutt/Porirua) (NZ $29.00)
  • 2 Hour Delivery (Between Upper Hutt/Porirua) (NZ $21.00)
  • 4 Hour Delivery (Between Upper Hutt/Porirua) (NZ $15.00)
  • 5 Hour Delivery (Up to Waikanae) If ordered by 10am (NZ $25.00)
  • Furniture or Machine purchased with excess freight please select "Prepaid" for your payment
  • All South Island destinations & Waiheke Island OVERNIGHT Includes Freight & Handling (NZ $21.00)
  • All North Island apart from Wellington, Includes Freight & Handling Fees (NZ $10.00)
  • Pick up from store -Please state time and date in Message Box (NZ $0.00)
  • All South Island destinations 2-3 DAY DELIVERY. Includes Freight & Handling Fees (NZ $12.00)
  • Wellington Local - south of Plimmerton and Upper Hutt. Includes Freight & Handling Fees (NZ $7.00)


RETURNS

 

Youth Beauty offers a high standard of quality control and endeavours to ensure that any product released from the warehouse meets this standard. We will gladly exchange any purchase found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

 

  • Notification of damaged or faulty goods must be received by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products not received back to our warehouse within 7days of receipt will not be accepted.
  • Products not in original condition are not acceptable for credit or exchange.
  • Products must be returned to Youth Beauty.
  • No cash refunds
