Welcoming Hayley Robinson to Youth Beauty
Hayley will be taking care of our clients in Auckland, Whangarei and Coromandel - we are so very excited to have her join our team. Here are few words from Hayley:

"I'm super excited to be joining the team at Youth Beauty.
I have a huge passion for the beauty industry and an even bigger passion to help support my beauty besties (all of you).
 
I don't believe in competition against salons/therapists, I believe in supporting each other, teaching each other and encouraging each other.
*warning I talk really fast when I get excited, I'd say I'm a bit of a people person (lockdowns were not my friend).
 
I'm a twin so I find being alone booooring. I have a slightly larger than life personality.
 
At 8 years old I designed my first business card "Hayley Marees", at the age of 21 I started training (I worked as a Travel Agent, studied, travelled and saved).
At 25 I opened that salon =) and at 27 I became a director for a cosmetic company, who sadly pulled out of NZ/AUS just before our first lockdown.
 
Nearly 14 years of being in this incredible, ever changing industry I'm still upskilling, why?
Because you're never too old to learn and you can never learn enough.
 
I'm looking forward to locking down some new education and training dates for Auckland with some of the very best NZ trainers.
 
For years the wedding industry ruled my life <3, (Did you know I'm also a Celebrant).
So i'd say my speciality is, all things pretty; Makeup, Brows, Lashes, Tanning, Hair Extensions.
 
But, that doesn't mean I'm not a lover of Skincare; I was one of the top 4 sellers in NZ for my last skincare range. On that note, it was SkincareRX that I finally bought into my salon after 1.5 years of researching.
Post Covid I've been upskilling (since it feels like forever since I first trained)... How cool are all the new technologies!
I'm slightly obsessed with the BB Glow Treatment atm.
 
If you haven't figured it out already, I'm a bit of a workaholic, but honestly, is it really work if you love what you do.
 
I always said the only thing that would slow me down would be when I started a family.
 
In 2019, I welcomed my tiny wee premmie baby into the world. And just wow, he's pretty cool!
 
I had done a lot of soul searching earlier this year, so when the opportunity came up and the girls mentioned the job to me, I was instantly hooked. Not only because I've been a customer of Youth Beauty's for years but the staff are awesome.
 
What a fabulous, fun and full on environment to work in.... just what I like.
