The enzymatic degradation process inactivates the hair follicles where the rest of the anagen hair cells are proteolytically dissolved by the enzyme activity of EpilaDerm. This process detracts the basis for hair growth and reduces regrowth over time or stops the regeneration of hair completely.
The EpilaDerm enzymes work most effectively when the hair is removed using a deep root process. That can be waxing or surgaring. After deep root epilation the hair follicle is exposed and the the remaining hair cells in the follicle are open for the EpilaDerm enzyme application.

- First your hair is removed using a deep-root process. (Waxing/Surgering)
- The Enzyme Complex (phase 1) is then applied to the skin and massaged thoroughly for one minute.
- The Accelerator (phase 2) is then applied and massaged thoroughly for one minute as well.
- The active system penetrates to the bottom of the hair follicle and dissolves the remaining hair growth cells for about 10 minutes.
Application is quick, easy and only adds 2 minutes to your treatment time.
- Professionally remove the hair from your client using wax or sugaring technique.
- Work one section of the body at a time. For best results you want to apply the enzymes in less then 10 - 15 minutes after the hair is removed.
- IMPORTANT: Spray with water to restore the PH of the skin and aid in the effective application of the EpilaDerm enzymes. DO NOT dry the wet skin.
- Apply Epiladerm Enzyme complex #1 directly on the wet skin and rub into the area for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Apply Epiladerm Accelerator #2 into the area for the additional 30 to 60 seconds.
- Treatment complete. Instruct client not to shower for 2 to 3 hours to allow the EpilaDerm enzymes to be completely absorbed by the skin.
