Epidermal Proliferation

Because of the slower cellular turnover cycle of skin cells in aged skin, the aged skin appearance is matt and greyish in appearance. This is called slowed cell proliferation and results in keratin scales building up on the surface of the skin which then lacks transparency. A luminous skin is one of the signs of young skin that we all desire.
During DMN rolling transmitted Growth Factors (TGF) signals stimulate and accelerate the cell proliferation of keratinocytes, basal cells, etc. This stimulation reduces the proliferation cycle and increases the cell production of undifferentiated and differentiated cells.

Titanium vs. Stainless Steel Needles...

steel, but most leading Dermal Needling suppliers in NZ, Youth Beauty
included now manufacturer their rollers with titanium instead.

As Titanium can give  a finer and much more durable edge, eliminating excess
irritation caused by ordinary steel needles.  Stainless steel can pit or
become damaged compared to harder titanium needles

All Surgical Stainless steel contains nickel, some people are prone to
allergic reactions to nickel and therefore it is better to only use Titanium
needles
